Purchase Ledger Clerk

HU16- Cottingham

Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

£12.50 per hour

Temporary Position

ASAP start

Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to support on a temporary basis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities:

Process and code purchase invoices accurately
Reconcile statements and follow up on any discrepancies
Ensure timely payment of invoices
Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts
Support the finance team with month-end processes
Assist with ad-hoc projects as neededWhat you'll bring to the table:

Solid experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
