JOB Requirements:
* Experience: 5+ years in logistics and/or stock control management role, preferably within the drinks industry
* Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices. −
* Good understanding of customs processes within the UK and internationally is preferred but not essential.
JOB Responsibilities:
* 3PL Warehouses: Remain in control of stock, its movements and assignments and any ongoing issues. Better processes and communication with our partners. Manage new stock arrivals and its landings. Manage photo catalogues and any stock queries. Assist with warehouse migration and ensure all stock is landed as expected.
* Stock Control: Create new and improve existing stock management processes. Systemise ad hoc stock checks, plan for yearly larger stock takes with wider team.
* External AUM: manage portfolio transfers from/to our clients' external warehousing accounts. Liaise with colleagues from sales and purchasing teams to get stock receipted and added to our systems. Liaise with sending/receiving warehouses on all details, to run this as smooth as possible for our customers.
* Issue Resolution: Log, address and resolve arising stock issues promptly; reporting them to your line manager as and if needed.
* Return Logistics: Manage any replacements and swaps needed with both our customers and suppliers alike. Including wrong stock/vintage, damages etc.
* Status Updates: Keep colleagues informed about the status of their clients' portfolios, orders and any relevant updates.
* Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on storage levels/costs etc.
* Customer Care: Handle customer care inquiries, including advising clients on stock statuses and delivery timelines. Provide timely and accurate updates to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Tech solutions: work closely with our in-house tech team to better our systems and workflows.
