Job Description

Responsibilities:
Build and expand a portfolio of existing accounts, nurturing long-term, successful relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
Identify and pursue up selling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and maximise account profitability.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to order fulfilment.
Participate in or lead strategic sales campaigns to drive business growth and expand market share.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to optimise profitability.
Handle inbound inquiries, generate quotes, and process orders efficiently, capturing all sales opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions and opportunities.Requirements:
Proven track record in consultative sales, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account revenue.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to optimise sales strategies.
Experience with CRM systems is desirable, training will be provided.
Exceptional communication skills to build rapport internally and externally.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-performance sales environment.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and a passion for technology and industry trends.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively, while also being independent and self-sufficient.
