£11.55 per hour

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi Drop Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh.

Day to Day Duties

Your duties as a Van Driver will involve but not be limited to:

• Multi drop, route sortation at the start of shift and loading.
• Knowledge of local area & Falkirk/Stirling/Fife
• 25-45 Drops depending on business volumes
• Representing the client and ensuring adherence to road laws at all times
• Polite manner and customer service at all times

Essential Skills

As a Multi Drop Van Driver you will need to:

• Hold a valid UK Category B Driving Licence
• Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
• Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
• Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
• Effective communication skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial
• Previous experience in multi drop experience will be beneficial

Training

• Driver's Assessment will have to be completed
• After successful Assessment, there will be a one day paid induction
