Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Assistant on behalf of a well-established business based in Fareham, Hampshire, on a temporary basis initially with the view of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate.
What will the Accounts Receivable Assistant role involve?
Be part of a busy, administration-heavy process managing accounts.
Process cash payments, credit card, and PayPal invoices; manage daily sales orders and upload invoices to customer portals.
Handle inter-company invoices, credits, and return order requests for credit notes; address customer queries to resolve disputes and outstanding payments.
Assist with financial reporting, email triaging and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Receivable Assistant vacancy:
Background in Accounts Recievable.
Experience working across multiple systems and legal entities.
