The Role
Supporting the HR & Training Manager with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee welfare and any other HR duties
Acting as a central point of contact for employees
Coordinating with hiring managers to develop job specifications
Arranging interviews and conducting pre-screening callsKey Skills
Previous Human Resources experience
CIPD Level 3 or higher (Desired)
Training and development experience
Recruitment experience
