Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager for the Northwest region, you will be a driving force in expanding the client base and securing commercial cleaning contracts. Your expertise in service selling will play a pivotal role in presenting the client’s value proposition and ensuring our clients' premises remain spotless and inviting.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Prospecting New Clients: You'll proactively seek out and engage potential clients in the Northwest region, showcasing the benefits of the clients commercial cleaning services.
* Solution-Oriented Selling: Drawing on your background in service selling, you'll craft tailored proposals that address each client's unique cleaning needs and exceed their expectations.
* Building Lasting Relationships: You'll cultivate strong partnerships with new and existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the contract.
* Driving Revenue Growth: With an unwavering focus on achieving targets, you'll drive revenue growth in the region, contributing to the company's overall success.
* Collaborating with Team: Working closely with our operations and customer support teams, you'll ensure seamless service delivery and a superior customer experience.
