SENCO Position - Outstanding Hampshire School

Teaching Personnel’s PWR Team are seeking a qualified and experienced SENCO to join an outstanding school in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to lead and develop the school’s SEN provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the identification, assessment, and provision of support for pupils with SEN
Leading and managing the SEN department
Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies
Ensuring compliance with SEN legislation and guidelines
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience as a SENCO + NASENCO Award
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
