This well-known manufacturing corporation in London is recruiting a Data Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a 2-month temporary role and is starting in the coming month. This role is a full-time position with the hours being 8:00-17:00.
Your new role
Working within the Licencing team, this role is responsible for providing administrative and data management assistance to the team. The duties of the role will include:
- Assisting with inputting data and information into Excel
- Collaborating with wider teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Drafting up emails and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
- Proven experience within an Administration / Data Administration role
- High-level proficiency and expertise with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Keen eye for attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and large sets of data
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, coupled with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
