Job Description

Part time role – A digital solutions company is seeking an Employment Legal Counsel with a commercial background to join their legal team on a permanent basis.



This is a part time role, only requiring 2-3 days of work per week.



Minimum of 4 years PQE, as the only dedicated Employment advisor on the team you must be able to handle employment matters autonomously, you will also assist the head of legal with other commercial requirements.



London Based.



The role:




  • Handling employment issues, such as terminations, hiring, and mobility

  • Advising on disputes and settlement agreements

  • Ensuring employment laws are compliant

  • Advising and negotiating on commercial matters



Ideal candidate:




  • 4 years PQE +

  • Employment Lawyer

  • Commercial experience

  • In-house experience

  • Happy with part time work
