Serious Injury Lawyer (4-8 PQE)

Your new company

Our client is a regional claimant firm with offices across the North of England. They are currently recruiting two Serious Injury Lawyers to join their Liverpool office on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for a range of personal injury matters ranging from £5,000 up to £150,000. You can expect a salary of up to £50,000 with a bonus and flexible hybrid working.



Your new role

These Serious Injury Lawyer roles will see you responsible for a caseload of primarily RTA claims valued up to £150,000. You will be responsible for reviewing medical evidence and establishing liability and quantum. This Serious Injury role will see you instruct counsel, attend conferences, court hearings and/or JSMs when necessary, either in person or remotely. Depending on your level of experience, you may be asked to assist in the supervision of junior members of staff.



What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified solicitor or CILEX. Those experienced through experience will also be considered. You must have 4-8 years PQE handling your own caseload of multi-track RTA claims. This role is open to those from claimant and defendant backgrounds. Successful applicants will have excellent knowledge of CPR and strong client care skills.
