Science Teacher - Slough
Job Type: Full-Time hours
Salary: MPS/UPS
Job Duties:
Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to students
Assess and evaluate student progress
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum
Required Qualifications:
PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience:
Previous experience teaching science at the secondary level would be benefitial.
Demonstrated success in student engagement and achievement.
Have previous experience teaching Biology Or Physics Or Chemistry up to A-Level (KS5).
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong subject knowledge in either Physics, Chemsitry, Physics.
Effective classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Patience and empathy when working with students.
Working Conditions:
Work in a school setting
Full-time hours with occasional extra-curricular responsibilities
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
