About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners and contribute to their development during their foundational years.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring that each child feels valued and inspired to learn. Application Requirements:
• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 is preferred.
• A strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
• A passion for teaching and a desire to inspire young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that engage and motivate students.
• Create a positive learning atmosphere where children feel safe to express themselves and take risks in their learning.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progress and school activities.
• Contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum and participate in school events and activities.
