Hours: Part-Time. 2/3 days per week
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team in a part-time role, providing high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a meaningful impact on young learners while working within a supportive school environment.
Role Overview:
As our KS1 PPA Cover Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, creative, and age-appropriate lessons to KS1 pupils. (Pre-planned)
Support and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with the class teachers to ensure continuity and progression for all pupils.
Use effective assessment strategies to support and extend children’s learning.
Provide high-quality feedback to support pupils’ academic and personal growth.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in KS1 (NQTs are welcome to apply).
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
Be committed to nurturing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Show flexibility and adaptability, able to engage with various classes and year groups.
Possess excellent communication skills, building relationships with both children and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
