We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join Global Market Product Management (MPM) team based in Basel as a Trainee Product Management / Marketing (6-9 months) Ihr Aufgabengebiet Support the MPM team in coordinating project tasks, preparing presentations, and updating product documentation. Assist in demand planning and preparations for product launches in the medical device market. Collaborate with senior team members to create and update commercial plans and product strategies, balancing market needs and business priorities. Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Development, Education, and Downstream) on project timelines and goals. Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product and marketing strategies. Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives. Contribute to the development of product strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with product objectives. Ihre Qualifikationen Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field or a related field with a strong interest in medical devices and healthcare. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience or a keen interest in market research or data analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, particularly in a regulated industry. Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in product management and marketing for medical devices.
