As the successful candidate you will manage a patch of around 200 properties in and around Croydon. You will be responsible for delivering a proactive, high-quality customer focused and efficient housing management service to residents. Although you will be dealing with general needs housing management, the clients you are dealing with are vulnerable, so therefore the client would like someone with both supported and general needs housing experience.
At a glance you will:
Manage and resolve any tenancy and estate management issuesAct as a central point of contact for all resident queriesManaging all resident schemesLiaise with all departments to make sure you and your residents are up to date and help implement any procedures or changesAssist tenants with benefit claims ensuring they are receiving their full entitlement
What you’ll need
Ability to demonstrate that you have extensive Social Housing experience, managing a busy patch.
