About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Newcastle. This is a temporary position to cover long-term sickness, teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for chemistry and a commitment to delivering a high-quality education.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective chemistry lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
• Participate in school activities and events as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching chemistry at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for chemistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
