Job Description

We are working with a well-established company based in Cheadle who are looking for an experienced Pension Administrator to join their team. This role will see you working flexible working hours Monday - Friday.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with new business application
  • Checking financial report
  • Liaising with clients and providers to gather information maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the scheduling of client meetings and follow up on required documentation
  • Follow compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
  • Support Financial Advisers with client meetings
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of client interaction and advise provided
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering call from clients

The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role, have a high attention to detail, well organised and a team player. You will need to have obtained a DipFA qualification or be happy to gain this within your new role.
