Growth and ongoing success has created a new opportunity for a mid to senior level Employment lawyer within this highly regarded, national Employment practice. The firm would love to hire an Employment lawyer with upwards of 4 years’ PQE in Employment Litigation and advisory work. Candidates must have strong respondent led matter experience and, ideally, handled cases for employers in Retail, Technology, and Professional Services such as recruitment and accountancy. Candidate will have played a key role in Tribunals, mediations and possibly High Court litigation. In equal measure, there will be varied and interesting advisory work in relation to policy, restructuring, exits, discrimination and redundancy. Sound knowledge and experience of workplace investigations would be hugely helpful.
