THE RELATIONS GROUP IS HIRING: Junior Account Executive / Media Liaison
The Relations Group is one of the UKs leading broadcast PR agencies, at the forefront of the industry for over two decades. Our relationships with TV and radio producers and editors has allowed us to achieve fantastic results for our clients, from start-ups and SMEs ready to explode, or global business wanting to stay ahead of the conversation.

You may be a new graduate looking for your first industry experience, or wanting to sample a new career in a more exciting environment, but either way, you will need to be committed to becoming the best version of you possible.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Organising contact lists
- Familiarising yourself with producers and news editors
- Keeping up-to-date with changes to UK broadcast media
- Identifying strong news angles
- Brainstorming campaign ideas for clients
- Pitching news teams and producers both regionally and nationally
- Writing press releases and pitch emails
EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING
Ideally candidates will have a degree in media or humanities, or work experience in a PR or Sales environment. They should also be
- Excellent communicators
- UK broadcast media savvy
- Confident presenting to others
- Have strong writing skills
- An ability to work both collaboratively as well as solo
- Passionate about hitting goals
- Knowledgeable about the PR industry
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Authorised to work in the UK
- Willing to have fun!

THE PACKAGE
A competitive salary and benefits package including
- Starting pay between £18k and £23.5k depending on experience
- Extra holiday after 3 years
