Finance Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join the Finance and Financial Regulation team at a renowned UK firm in London. The successful candidate will advise financial institutions—including banks, development banks, funds, and alternative lenders—as well as borrowers, on a wide range of lending work. This includes bilateral bank lending, sports finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance (with an emphasis on renewable energy projects), cross-border financings in emerging markets (particularly North Africa and CEE/SEE jurisdictions), venture debt, and asset finance.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales Have between 2-4 years PQE Have gained solid post qualification experience gained in the banking/finance practice of a leading Firm. Strong academics. Ability to give practical, clear advice. Excellent communication skills. Motivated and enthusiastic. Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
