Job Description

We are looking for anOffice Administrator to join a small, friendly team.

The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office tasks and possess strong organisational skills.

About the Office Administrator Role:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Based in Chelworth Industrial Estate, Cricklade (SN6 6HE).Due to location you will need your own transport.
  • £12.50 per hour. Weekly pay
  • Temporary ongoing role

Duties for the Office Administrator Role:

  • Answer and direct emails and phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Printing of Pick Lists for Warehouse Operatives
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Assist in clerical duties to maintain office organisation
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

Experience required for the Office Administrator Role:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
