They are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their busy team in Andover, Hampshire. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be helping in the efficient running of all aspects of the Sales Office.

Sales Coordinator, your day-to-day duties:

• Being a primary contact for customers over the phone and via emails responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
• Processing orders and quotations
• Looking after livestock and samples
• Communicating with Warehouse and chasing deliveries
• Logging customers complaints and supporting Customer Service Team
• Delivering efficient administrative assistance to the team
• Supporting External Area Business Managers

Sales Coordinator, perfect applicant:

• Previous experience within a similar, office administration role
• Excellent customer services skills
• Highly organized, numbers orientated with a can do attitude
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Enthusiastic and determined
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Perfect time-management with the ability to use your own initiative
