Team Leader

Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Team Leader in a medical warehouse in L3 area.

This is a permanent position.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader, working for a medical company based in Liverpool, L3. The job is a perm position.

The purpose of the role:

To supervise and coordinate the picking and shipping of outbound orders.

Duties include:

Within the role of Team Leader your duties will be to supervise and coordinate the picking and shipping of outbound orders

Ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork.

Using warehouse management systems or handheld devices to keep track of inventory and orders.

Inspecting products for defects and damages and reporting any issues to management.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ensuring products are stored correctly and safely, and rearranging stock as needed.

Overseeing other employees within the operation ensuring the KPI targets are met.

Ensuring goods are picked correctly and in time for distribution.

Assist the manager and monitor potential problems and develop ways to offset them.

Working hours:

Monday Friday 8:00am-5:30pm

Salary:

£30 000 per annum
