Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Siamo Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Recycling Operatives to join our clients team in Rugby, CV21. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to sustainable waste management practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting recyclable materials such as plastic, metal, and paper.
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring work areas are clean and safe at all times.
• Monitoring and reporting any equipment issues or hazards.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in recycling, waste management, or a similar role is beneficial but not essentialtraining will be provided.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
