The sales team at Golden Leas are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join the team and support us in delivering an amazing guest experience.

Role Description
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, and participating in training programs to enhance your sales skills. You will play a vital role in helping customers find their ideal holiday home or residential park and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
- A desire to provide our customers with exceptional service and support.
- Sales experience and a proven track record
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving
- Training experience is desirable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
Experience Required:
- Experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
