Employee Relations Manager

Interim ER Manager to support the Head of HR with a variety of ER cases for a client within the Luxury Hospitality sector.

• Part time role - 3 days per week
• Central London (fully site based)
• Immediate start
• Minimum 2 month assignment, strong possibility to extend

The ideal candidate will be:

• Immediately available
• Strong in ER case management
• Have some trade union knowledge/experience
• Come from Hospitality, Leisure, Retail or similar
