Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity with Projecting Group working directly with one of financial services client.

Were seeking a PMO Analyst Delivery to define and maintain effective change delivery frameworks and ensure portfolio projects meet their objectives while adhering to best practices.

This role focuses on assurance, control, and support at portfolio and project/programme levels, making a tangible impact on organisational success through your expertise in planning, governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on change methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to project delivery standards, including lifecycle management, planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement and maintain controls for milestone tracking, dependency management, and lifecycle delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance to Project and Programme Managers on planning methodologies and standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and support planning processes to align with organisational goals.
  • Ensure robust dependency management and alignment with risk, issue logs, and benefits realisation.
  • Deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and roadmaps, ensuring comprehensive portfolio-level insights.
  • Conduct quality assurance on project plans and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align project delivery with organisational objectives through planning cycles and roadmap reviews.
Experience
  • Advanced MS Project skills, including roadmap production, plan integration, and milestone reporting.
  • Proven experience as a planner at portfolio and project/programme levels.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM) or a minimum of two years equivalent experience in a Portfolio Management Office.
  • A sound understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis techniques.
  • A track record of implementing and improving change processes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Location:London, Hybrid working (2 days in-office)

Salary:Competitive salary depending on experience

Contract Type:Contract Inside IR35
