Chubb Community Care has an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a full time, permanent basis. Where you will support the team with sales administration / order processing and customer service-related tasks.

What You'll Be Doing As An Contracts Administrator

The main goal of this role is to deliver outstanding administration support to our Telecare business. Ensuring orders are processed to ensure business contract KPI targets are attained. You will also provide telephone customer support.

  • Process orders, referral forms and cancellation requests
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints via email or telephone
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information via trackers.
  • Management & resolution of dispute queries
  • Maintenance of contract spreadsheets
  • Flexible to undertake other tasks as required

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

You will be highly process orientated, ideally with a background within Administration or Sales Administration, coupled with a strong focus on delivering excellent service to our customers by telephone

  • Be comfortable using and adapting to inhouse platforms (we use JDE)
  • Strong background within Sales Administration or Contract Administration
  • Highly organised and can prioritise workloads effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
