Job Description

Our client's international multi-disciplinary Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) practice covers construction, project development, acquisition and financing across the energy, natural resources and infrastructure (ENRI) sectors (both UK and international). Clients include corporates, investment funds, major development finance institutions, governments and commercial banks.

The firm now has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Corporate associate, based in London. The successful candidate will have strong Corporate experience (minimum 4+ PQE), including M&A, Joint Ventures and Corporate Restructurings, with a focus on transactions relating to the ENRI sector. Experience of acting for or opposite infrastructure funds, coupled with strong client relationship skills with ENRI sector companies is highly desirable. The firm is looking for a confident self-starter who is willing to work on a broad mix of asset classes, with a proactive approach to drive deals forward.

Candidates will be qualified in England and Wales, with minimum 4+ years' post qualified experience gained within an international or national firm.
