Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Truck (FLT) Operator for a reputable production company located in the NN5 area of Northampton. This role primarily involves operating a forklift truck for various tasks within the warehouse, including moving and organizing materials, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the forklift truck to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
• Assist in the manual unloading of containers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT license (Counterbalance preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Ability to manually unload containers when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
