Winner Recruitment are currently looking for Machine Operators in Doncaster on a 12 Week temp to perm basis.

Salary:

£11.44ph for days

£12.58ph for nights

Once you are trained on more machines your salary will increase in increments up to £13.25ph

Hours:

3 on 4 off 4 on 3 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts Days and Nights

Job Duties:

• Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with company standards
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English

Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a manufacturing environment, standing for extended periods.
