Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by maintaining a quality on time service.
• Ensuring that the warehouse is operating at peak efficiency
• Manage compliance with all areas of health and safety
• Maintaining and manage the security of the staff, stock and company assets
• Arrange servicing and maintenance of work equipment
• Develop and train all staff under your authority
• Assist in all areas of recruitment whilst having full involvement if any disciplinary action is ever required
• Monitor and report on warehouse productivity

Qualifications:

• Counterbalance FLT licence would be preferable

Salary:

• £28,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience.
