Job Description

Essential Functions



  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Understand the needs and personalities of all customers and vendors.

  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

  • Pays attention to details when logging times drivers are on jobs and uses knowledge of towing to estimate the time, they will need to perform the work the customer has requested.

  • Communicates with drivers throughout the jobs to ensure is completed.

  • Dispatch calls in a way that takes in account driver talent & drive time.

  • Constantly check the tow summary for requested appointments, reach out to drivers and customers when needed.

  • Handle customers in a professional manner including complaints and problem resolution.

  • Make Call Aheads & Delays to make sure the day runs as smoothly as possible.

  • Maintain a good report with drivers, co-workers, & managers.

  • Assist in training Customer Service Representative particularly in the areas of car buying and completion of the tow tickets.

  • Assumes a lead role in the call center.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to multitask. For example, the ability to use multiple computer applications at one time.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.

  • Ability to represent Pick-N-Pull, Inc. in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the public.

  • Accuracy with data entry.

  • Detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and can deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

  • Works well with others and communicates with customers and employees clearly.

  • Bilingual, must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
