Role and Responsibilities Plan the scheduling of audits/assessments, distributing the activities in a sustainable way according to the established rules, targets and goals, ensuring that they are performed in compliance with standards/protocols requirements, DNV policies, and customer’s needs expectations. The main areas of responsibility are: Plan audits/assessments according to the plans and rules for DNV SCPA, assigning auditors to audit activities. Update the database and keep it updated with all subsequent changes to clients. Ensure DNV visibility with internal and external clients and customers, analyzing weakness areas in the planning process to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure positive and efficient communication flow within the organization and with clients and customers. Respect the deadlines of each activity. Gather data for periodical indicators, facts, and figures analysis. Prepare and send planning communication to clients. Maximize the utilization of resources, ensuring lower operational costs.
