Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a passionate team, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture
• Ensure every guest experiences warm, seamless hospitality from start to finish.
• Oversee daily operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house, maintaining Ottolenghi’s high standards
• Drive financial success through careful planning, waste control, and sales growth
• Collaborate on seasonal menu and campaign launches, ensuring every detail reflects our brand
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training, nurturing your team’s growth
• Monitor and improve processes, from table planning to health and safety compliance

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a premium hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
• Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower your team
• A deep appreciation for Ottolenghi’s menu and ethos, and the ability to share this with your team and guests
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
