Branch Manager
Leeds City Centre
£30,000 + bonus

One of my clients in Leeds City Centre are recruiting an experienced Branch Manager to join their team.

Branch Manager responsibilities:

* Focus on the day-to-day management of the branch to ensure business objectives are met.
* Provide effective leadership to the team, aiming to maximize opportunities and optimize profitability.
* Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service.
* Take a proactive approach, staying aware of changes and challenges in the marketplace.
* Ensure all business operations comply with applicable legislation.
* Conduct sales and lettings valuations.
* Drive the business forward by staying updated on market conditions and opportunities.
* Use excellent people management and leadership skills to act as a role model for the team.
* Delegate effectively and manage time efficiently to meet high standards and achieve objectives.


Required:

* Prior Branch Manager experience is essential
* Proven track record in managing people and leading a team
* Experience in generating and winning new business
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while providing outstanding customer service
* Full UK driving licence
* ARLA or RICS qualification is desirable
