**Sales Advisor - Basingstoke - Plumb Centre**

As a**Sales Advisor** based in**Basingstoke (RG22 4DQ)** you’ll be responsible
for:
* Providing excellent service, establishing strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
* Serving customers on the trade counter, establishing their needs and offering product recommendations.
* Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers.
* General warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard which at times could involve manual handling.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
either 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm along with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon
paid at overtime.

* Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
* Sales or customer service experience is beneficial
* Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* A hands-on approach, using initiative when needed to work as part of a small team and support in other areas of the branch.
