Clients include Real Estate related funds and fund managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, payment service providers and banking institutions. The role on offer is a blend of financial services regulatory and funds work including advising on new fund structures and fund formations, dealing with consumer financial services instructions advising on financial services regulations, enforcement disputes and general corporate matters. Solid financial services regulatory experience essential and any funds knowledge advantageous.
