We have a vacancy for a Sales Assistant to work in the bakery section at Riverside Service Station in Belper, Derbyshire DE56. Our Sales Assistant you are the face of the company delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile, assisting with a wide range of duties, promoting brand standards, and actively encouraging sales.

What we are looking for:

• Aged 18 or over due to petroleum regulations
• Flexible to work shifts between Monday to Sunday
• Right to work in the UK

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and bakery products
• Serve and greet with customers
• Accurate handling of cash and card payments
• Carrying out the daily due diligence and food safety checks as per company policy
• Actively promote sales
• Stock replenishment and merchandising throughout the store
• Assist with cleaning duties to help maintain the store and forecourt to a high standard
• Receive and check deliveries
