Branch Manager

We are looking for aBranch Managerto take charge of our satellite location in Willenhall. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the site operations and managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently achieved.
• Team Management: Lead, support, and manage all staff based at the satellite site to ensure smooth operations.
• Draft reports, letters, emails, and compile information as required, keeping communication channels clear and professional.
• Gather information from customers to update our system database accurately.
• Conduct regular checks on filing systems to ensure rental documentation is complete, customer insurance is valid, and fuel receipts are up-to-date.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in Vehicle Rental
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Accuracy and speed in handling administrative tasks.
• An excellent telephone manner and clear, concise communication skills.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and able to work independently, making well-informed, considered decisions.
• Must have A Full Driving Licence
