Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Booking Administrator, you will:
- Manage bookings from initial enquiry to final confirmation, ensuring accurate records and a seamless experience.
- Match students with host families based on their needs and preferences.
- Serve as the primary contact for booking queries, professionally liaising with agents, families, and students.
- Onboard new host families, guiding them through our structured process and coordinating with inspectors.
- Collect feedback using our QR system to ensure consistent quality and drive improvements.
- Resolve booking issues, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
Youre a great fit for this role if you have:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a booking, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in education, homestay, or hospitality).
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written skills.
- Organisation: Proven ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in managing booking and onboarding records.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency with booking and CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and adaptability to new tech.
- Interpersonal Skills: Positive, team-oriented approach and proactive problem-solving.
- Working Hours: Standard hours, with flexibility during peak seasons.
