Job Title: Sales Support Executive / Account Manager

Location: Partridge Green, Horsham
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + £2,000 annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based, 9:00 am 5:30 pm

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive / Account Manager to join an established manufacturing company in Partridge Green. Known for their innovative products and supportive team environment, our client offers a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused professional. There is no cold calling at all in this role. Ideally you will have experience of sales support, up selling, processing orders.

The Position:
As a Sales Support Executive, you will:

• Re-engage with Existing Clients: Contact previous customers who have purchased from us in the last 12 months, offering incentives and fostering ongoing relationships.
• Handle Sales Enquiries: Manage internal sales enquiries, ensuring they are addressed efficiently or escalated to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Support the Sales Team: Provide essential administrative support to the sales department and management, ensuring smooth operations.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Use your exceptional phone manner to assist customers, addressing their queries and supporting them in making informed decisions.

Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a proactive and supportive approach to both clients and colleagues.
