Regional Director, Premium Drinks Wholesaler, London, Up to 100k
My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing drinks company known for our innovative products and market-leading brands. As a London based Premium business they are well known across Mayfair and within the luxury market – along with wider On Trade businesses.

This role will involve new business acquisition, team leadership and team growth. Recruitment and network is key!
The Regional Director responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in London
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in the retail and hospitality sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, provide training, and ensure excellent product presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture
The ideal Regional Director Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the drinks industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
- Knowledge of the South of England market, with established relationships in the retail and hospitality sectors being a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the region
