A fulfilling and exciting opportunity has become available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our clients Housing Association.
The business supports vulnerable individuals and households. They provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the role
They are looking for a flexible, approachable individual with the ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviour. You will be customer-focused and have the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
You will have good general IT skills and an understanding of the need for confidentiality.

Purpose of the role
- To understand the complex needs of tenants, licensees, or occupants of their properties within the context of Supported Exempt Accommodation.
- To deliver a consistently high customer service which enhances the quality of life for tenants by providing safe, secure, and attractive environments, creating sustainable communities.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
