Food Production Supervisor

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Food Production Supervisor for an immediate start based in Uddingston.

Shift - 4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm
Pay - £14.45

Key Responsibilities-

- Overseeing chilled coding area and resolving any issues. Informing the warehouse Manager and/or the Factory Manager if any issues cannot be resolved.

- Monitoring product standards and having a sound knowledge of the quality control programmes implemented.

- Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to and challenging any individual who is not working to these standards.

- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times by staff in the chilled coding department.

- Taking a daily register of staff and passing this to the Chilled Coding Manager.

- Responding to any first aid incidents/accidents in a timely manner.

- Manual Handling of up to 20kg will be required.
