Just off the high street and next to a beautiful green, The Apple Tree pub is ideally suited to attract local consumers and passing trade. There is little competition in the area that currently has a population of 3990 adults within a 10-minute walk of the pub.
The area around the pub has high affluence with a large proportion made up of older families and working people.
The pub is approximately 300 metres away from the train station so does get allot of passing trade from commuters.
