Junior Sous Chef

The Role:

• The delivery of our menu, from breakfast and brunch dishes to light lunches and evening dishes.


• Work with the Head Chef on menu development.


• Lead and mentor kitchen teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.


• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality and freshness of ingredients.


• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar senior role within a high-volume all day dining establishment.


• Previous experience in new opening management is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to navigate the complexities of launching a new venture.


• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing kitchen budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.


• Proven track record of supporting and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.


• Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.


• Passion for delivering outstanding food quality and customer satisfaction.


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
