You'll provide expert advice on complex transactions, oversee international tax compliance, and support strategic initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring their continued success.

Your new role

• Overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Providing expert guidance on complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, SaaS licencing, and international tax compliance.
• Driving process improvement, implementing robust internal controls, and optimising financial operations.
• Leading due diligence, integration, and post-merger accounting activities.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.
• Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, international tax, IFRS, US GAAP, and ASC 606.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
