Group Management Accountant

Symbiotic Talent has been exclusively engaged to find a highly analytical and commercially minded Group Management Accountant to work on a hybrid basis. This role would suit a Qualified, Part Qualified or QBE accountant who enjoys an adhoc role where constant prioritisation is key, rather than a monthend position. This is truly a fantastic role where you will have direct day to day support and development from an extremely talented CFO and you will own the numbers which you are analysing.

The Role

• Cash - preparation of weekly and monthly group cashflow, cash forecasting by territory and currency, investigation of overdue accounts and recommendations to CFO on best management of currency transactions
• Sales and Margin Reporting - monthly sales reports for all countries, variance analysis, price increase analysis, assist with customer quotes
• Stock - ensure all real time stock across the regions are accurately reflected in accounting and internal tracking system, lead weekly and monthly stock take processes across all regions, full reconcialions and participate in daily production planning meetings
• Adhoc requirements

The Person

• Must have experience of working with stock
• A proven track record in a proactive/adhoc role rather than a purely monthend position
• Positive person with a good problem solving attitude and initiative (this role involves much juggling!)
• Proactive and a natural relationship builder
• Ability to communicate well with every person in the company from the CEO to warehouse employees
• Must be able to get into the office 3 days a week
